Position: Head Therapist (Full-time/Part-time)

Unit: Kangxi Year Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd.

．Siu Sai Bay District, Shatin, New Town Central Square, Building No. 1

．Mong Kok Mody Road 700 TOP

Job Responsibilities:

．Provide independent scalp treatment services, including scalp cleaning, scalp massage, and scalp care for customers

．Use advanced instruments to provide customers with hair and scalp care

．Understand customer needs and answer customer inquiries about services

．Provide professional and attentive services to customers

．Follow up on each customer's treatment record and post-service effects

．Maintain good relations with customers, enhance their loyalty to our brand

Entry Requirements:

．Secondary school education or above

．Able to speak Cantonese/Basic Mandarin and English

．Good at communicating with customers and understanding their needs

．Good professional ethics and emphasis on team spirit

．Attention to detail, hard work, and punctuality, proactive attitude, and humility

．Honesty, politeness, sense of responsibility, customer focus, and emphasis on service

．Good communication skills, sincere and polite

．Maintain brand image and improve customer service level

．Experience is not limited (experienced candidates are preferred), providing on-the-job training

Working hours:

Full-time - Monday to Sunday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm; monthly 7th holiday

Salary:

Full-time - monthly salary HK$ 22,000 - HK$ 40,000; plus commission

Part-time - negotiable
