<p>Post: Personal Assistant to Director </p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Perform overall personal and secretarial duties for the Managing Director</p></li><li><p>Manage and maintain Director's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel plans and visa application, gift arrangement as necessary</p></li><li><p>Organize and maintain filling system, handle Director's private companies and storage of confidential documents</p></li><li><p>Responsible for handling any home related issues, including helpers and drivers</p></li><li><p>Coordinate between multiple office overseas, organize events with sales team or some other office work duties</p></li><li><p>Handle vendor payments, manage expense reimbursements and prepare reports</p></li><li><p>Travel with Boss </p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline</p></li><li><p>3 years above of relevant working experience</p></li><li><p>Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua</p></li><li><p>Detail-minded, patient, independent, good time management and able to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized, good communication and inter-personal skills</p></li><li><p>Proficient PC skill of MS Office: Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing</p></li><li><p>Able to travel</p></li></ul>
