Our client, a US-based fintech company, is looking for a high-calibre candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for new merchants onboarding, data entry, account maintenance, and general merchant services.

• Serve as a secondary contact for merchants, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

• Track and monitor all merchant requests to ensure they are completed on time.

• Deliver efficient and professional service to meet merchant needs and exceed expectations.

• Maintain strong merchant relationships and help Sales/Relationship Managers grow the merchant portfolio.

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects, including special support for Premier Merchants.

Requirements :

• Having related working experience in an MNC or a fintech company is highly preferable

• Good in English, knowledge in Excel (V-Lookup/Pivot Table) is preferred.
