Job Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Creation (Content Creation): Create a content calendar, write copy (IG, Threads, Xiaohongshu, etc.), and create corresponding images, posters or videos.

• Community engagement and maintenance (Engagement): Reply to fan comments and messages (private messages), maintain a good IP image, and increase your fan base.

• Data analysis and optimization (Analytics): Track post reach and engagement rate, analyze audience preferences, and adjust posting strategy based on data.

• Community activity planning (Campaign Planning): Plan festive activities, giveaways or product launches to increase visibility.

• Competitive analysis and trend monitoring (Trend Monitoring): Monitor competitor dynamics and have high sensitivity to trending topics, quickly producing relevant content.

Skill requirements

• Familiar with photo editing software (PS, Canva), video editing software (Premiere, CapCut).

• Familiar with social platform algorithms (IG Reels, Xiao Hong Shu reach rules).

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in marketing, communication, advertising, digital media or related fields is preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of social media operations practical experience, those who have successfully operated fan growth or event conversion cases are preferred.

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese (daily communication and copywriting sense must); Have good English reading and writing abilities; Basic Mandarin communication skills.

• Personal traits: Quick reaction, self-discipline and efficiency, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details; natural insight into popular culture, youth group behavior and digital consumption psychology.

• Contractual or long-term full-time or part-time cooperation arrangements can be negotiated
