Job Description
- Based on the customer's exercise goals and health status, provide personalized exercise and diet advice as well as weight management plan.
- Assist in designing a light meal menu that combines nutritional balance and calorie control to support customers in achieving their fitness and health management goals.
- Conduct one-on-one dietary counseling, evaluate eating habits and propose improvement solutions, enhance customers’ nutritional knowledge and implementation motivation.
- Collaborate with coaches and other professionals, integrate training and nutrition plans, and optimize clients’ overall performance and body composition.
- Regularly track customer progress, adjust nutritional intervention strategies, and ensure the plan remains effective and scientifically based.
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related fields, with a nutritionist qualification.
- Have clinical internship or practical case consultation experience, familiar with common health problems and dietary intervention methods.
- Have solid knowledge of sports nutrition and be able to provide professional advice on different types of exercise (such as endurance training, weight training, etc.).
- Have good Chinese and English communication skills, be able to clearly express nutritional concepts and build customer trust relationships.
- Have customer service awareness and planning execution ability, and be able to maintain organization and efficiency in a multitasking environment.
