3. Implement annual business, equipment investment and project layout plans, coordinate resources to achieve performance indicators.
4. Regularly report to the headquarters on business progress, market dynamics and optimization improvement plans.

Three, employment requirements
(1) Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering management, business management, international trade, etc., are preferred.
1. More than 8 years of infrastructure, equipment leasing, engineering services or overseas regional operations experience, familiar with the Hong Kong local market and business rules.
2. More than 5 years of full-scale management experience in medium and large teams, with the ability to build teams, achieve performance breakthroughs, and empower teams.
3. Priority will be given to those with experience in Hong Kong market expansion, large-scale infrastructure government and corporate project implementation, and Chinese state-owned enterprises overseas employment.
