<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As the central support for cross-border financial business operations, integrate human resources and administrative resources from Hong Kong and the mainland, ensure the high-efficiency operation of the agency team, and improve the organizational operating efficiency through intelligent support system. </p><p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Cross-border human resources and administrative operations</p><p>• Manage agent's full life cycle procedures (entry, transfer, resignation, salary and benefits processing, GBA subsidy application, etc.).</p><p>• Coordinate Hong Kong and Mainland office resources, asset procurement and utilization rate optimization. </p><p>• Establish a cross-border travel, shift scheduling and holiday coordination mechanism to ensure team attendance and compliance.</p><p>2. Business team support</p><p>• Provide sales tools, travel and commuting support to the agent team.</p><p></p><p>• Manage business activity support budget, coordinate venues, supplies and compliance requirements.</p><p>3. Compliance and digitalization</p><p>• Drive the implementation of the administrative compliance system (PDPO, Mainland Data Security Law).</p><p>• Organize safety drills and compliance training. </p><p>• Deploy automation tools (ticketing system, supply request, meeting reservation).</p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>• More than 3 years of cross-border or Hong Kong/Macau HR/administration experience, with a background of supporting a team of 200+ people. </p><p>• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland labor laws, with three language communication skills. </p><p>• Have experience in cross-border travel, crisis management, and cost optimization.</p>
