Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery period of vehicles, ensuring that all delivery arrangements are timely and orderly.
- Execute vehicle delivery work at different designated locations, including handover, inspection and document processing.
- Directly interact with customers, provide professional and friendly customer service, build good relationships to enhance satisfaction.
- Clean and organize the vehicle according to standard procedures, ensuring that the vehicle's exterior and interior are kept clean and in good condition.
- According to operational needs, vehicles will be re-allocated and transferred to different delivery points, and will be flexible in responding to temporary changes.
Work requirements
- Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to handle customer inquiries and needs properly.
- Responsibility, punctuality, proactive attitude, and team spirit are highly valued.
- Strong adaptability, able to handle unexpected situations independently in a changing work environment, and possessing problem-solving skills.
- Have a basic understanding of car construction and maintenance, familiar with vehicle operations will be given priority.
