Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry & QC Support Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of our procurement data and supporting our Quality Control department in maintaining high product standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Purchase Order (PO) lists, ensuring all order details and timelines are accurate.

• Systematically input inspection records and customer sample data into the internal database.

• Compile and summarize weekly QC feedback reports for management review.

• Identify and report product quality issues using standardized Defect Codes.

• Digitize and file inspection reports to ensure a traceable and organized record-keeping system.

• Support the management team with administrative duties or special projects as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above. A major in a related subject (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Admin) is a distinct advantage.

• Prior working experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or Quality Control is highly preferred.

• Schedule: Ability to work at least 2 days a week (Wednesday is a mandatory workday).

• High accuracy in alphanumeric data entry.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, basic formulas).

• Good command of written English for handling international reports and orders.

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
