Job Description
New media administrative assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily content planning, writing, editing and publishing on the company's social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and local mainstream platforms), ensuring brand tone consistency and alignment with target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate on the design and production of graphics, short films, GIFs, interactive posts, and other multimedia content, and respond to market promotion activities, holiday themes or hot events with instant creativity.
  • Monitor each platform's data performance, regularly compile key indicators such as fan growth, interaction rate, click-through rate and conversion effectiveness, and write a concise analysis report to support content strategy optimization.
  • Follow up on comment management and fan interaction, respond in a timely manner to inquiries and opinions, maintain brand image and social group temperature, and if necessary, coordinate with customer service or relevant departments to handle sudden public opinion.
  • Assist cross-departmental communication, cooperate with market, public relations and product teams, coordinate content scheduling, material requirements and activity execution details, and ensure new media dissemination and overall marketing goals are closely linked.

Work requirements

  • Have a college degree or above, majoring in journalism and communication, marketing, Chinese, design or related fields; fresh graduates with potential and enthusiasm are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong's local network culture and social platform ecology, sensitive to popular trends, youth group topics, and visual storytelling; need to have experience in independently planning and executing small-scale content planning.
  • Have excellent Cantonese and written Chinese expression skills, flexible and varied writing style, and able to adjust tone according to different platform characteristics (such as light and humorous, professional and concise, or emotional and sincere); those with good English skills will be given priority.
  • Proficient in basic image processing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Express, CapCut, etc.), able to independently complete image editing, subtitle addition, short film editing and format conversion; with basic photography or animation concepts is even better.
  • Responsibility and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time; value teamwork, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement of content quality and data thinking.
