Duties:

- Responsible for Hong Kong and Mainland China market research and analysis, and formulating development strategies.

- Expand and maintain government, real estate developers, contractors, etc. customer relationships, promote cooperation.

- Organize industry exhibitions, forums and business matching, and enhance market influence.

- Provide customized building solutions to customers and push projects to implementation.

- Follow up industry policies, regulations and bidding information, provide dynamic reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, etc.

- More than 5 years of experience in building industry market development, business expansion or sales, familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China business is preferred.

- Understand the market and business model for building engineering, infrastructure, and real estate development.
