<p>Duties:</p> <p>- Responsible for Hong Kong and Mainland China market research and analysis, and formulating development strategies. </p> <p>- Expand and maintain government, real estate developers, contractors, etc. customer relationships, promote cooperation. </p> <p>- Organize industry exhibitions, forums and business matching, and enhance market influence. </p> <p></p> <p>- Provide customized building solutions to customers and push projects to implementation. </p> <p>- Follow up industry policies, regulations and bidding information, provide dynamic reports.</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, etc. </p> <p>- More than 5 years of experience in building industry market development, business expansion or sales, familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China business is preferred. </p> <p>- Understand the market and business model for building engineering, infrastructure, and real estate development.</p>
