<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for general office administration, quotations, clerical processing and field work</p></li><li><p>Handling incoming calls, emails, and courier affairs</p></li><li><p>Provide daily office administrative support to ensure accurate filing and updating of documents and data</p></li><li><p>Assist in departmental communication and coordination, maintain office operations smoothly</p></li><li><p>According to need, complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, those with quotation or administrative support experience are preferred</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word and other office software</p></li><li><p>Have good organizational skills, positive and optimistic personality, excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand English and Mandarin, and have good writing and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Applicants who can start work immediately will be given priority</p></li></ul><p> </p>
