We are seeking for anExecutive Assistantto support the Vice President of Operations in his daily hotel operations and management tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders;

· Prepare and distribute presentation materials, agendas, minutes and reports;

· Sit in meeting and proactively follow up action items;

· Manage databases, daily workflows and business correspondence independently;

· Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments independently and professionally;

· Arrange extensive itinerary and travel arrangements;

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Business Management or other related disciplines from a top University;

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented;

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role in a sizable organization; exp

gained from hotel industry will be a great plus

· Motivated, proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities;

· Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse range of people;

· Proficiency in English and fluent in Mandarin;

· Strong problem-solving skill and be able to work independently under pressure;
