<p>We are a blockchain DEX exchange, seeking a Product Manager/Project Manager responsible for product design and leading the team in development</p><p>Position: Blockchain DEX Exchange Product Manager / Project Manager<br>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Responsible for the overall planning and design of the DEX (decentralized exchange) product, including functional requirement analysis, process design, and product iteration optimization.</li><li>Coordinate multiple departments such as technology, design, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.</li><li>Track market dynamics and user feedback, continuously optimize product experience and enhance user engagement.</li><li>Develop project plans, manage project progress and risks, and ensure product development meets business objectives.</li><li></li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Have blockchain industry experience, familiar with DEX, wallets, smart contracts, etc. related technical principles.</li><li>With more than 3 years of experience as a product manager or project manager, you have experience in bringing a product from 0 to 1.</li><li>Have good logical thinking and communication skills, and be able to efficiently coordinate cross-functional teams.</li><li>Familiar with mainstream blockchain development frameworks and tools, able to effectively communicate with technical teams.</li><li>Have strong data analysis skills, able to drive product optimization and decision-making through data.</li></ul>
