[Job Responsibilities] Responsible for the perception algorithm related research, development and productization of intelligent driving robots, including but not limited to:

1. Responsible for developing 3D scene online positioning, mapping, and perception, supporting decision-making and planning related modules, product deployment;

2. a. Responsible for developing robot trajectory planning methods and their product deployment or

b. Responsible for researching the calibration methods and product deployment or

c. Responsible for developing vehicle control methods and product deployment in low-speed autonomous driving scenarios

[Job Qualifications] 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Robotics, etc.;

2. Have solid programming skills, familiar with C++/Python development;

3. Have good mathematical skills, familiar with geometry, optimization algorithms, and robot theory, etc.;

4. Have good programming style habits, documentation writing skills, team collaboration and communication and expression abilities;

5. Have one or more research or development experiences in the following three directions:

Direction One (navigation):

a) Positioning and mapping;

b) Trajectory planning;

c) Model predictive control;

Direction two (perception):

a) Positioning and mapping;

b) Point cloud processing, semantic segmentation, object tracking;

c) Filtering and optimization algorithms;

d) Multi-sensor calibration and fusion;

Direction Three (Control):

a) Embedded development, controller design (e.g. PID, LQR) and real machine deployment;

b) Model Predictive Control (MPC) development and deployment experience;

c) Path planning, trajectory planning or motion planning development and deployment experience;

1. Familiar with the robot system, understand its various modules and related knowledge;

3. Excellent coding skills, strong readability, and long-term software engineering maintenance experience;
