Job Description
- Systematize the organization and archiving of construction site records, on-site photos, daily/weekly itinerary reports, and build a traceable electronic archive library based on projects.
- As a project external coordination window, actively contact customers, internal engineering teams and subcontractors, clarify needs, communicate instructions, integrate feedback, and maintain smooth multi-party communication and information synchronization.
- Assist in the compilation, review and updating of various engineering documents, covering construction drawing annotations, change orders, acceptance records, safety work order forms, etc., to ensure that the documents comply with the specifications and contract requirements.
- Have a college degree or above, mechanical and electrical engineering, building equipment or related academic departments are preferred; accept fresh graduates, but they must demonstrate a high level of learning willingness and sense of responsibility.
- Applicants with at least one year of experience as engineering assistants, construction site clerks or construction industry administrative support are preferred; those with no experience but with good logical organizational skills and attention to detail are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel data sorting and Word file editing), able to quickly master the internal engineering management system or cloud collaboration platform of the company is preferred.
- Have clear oral and written communication skills, be able to maintain a professional attitude in cross-unit coordination, and independently handle multiple parallel tasks.
- Able to support field work according to the needs of the project, including short-term field inspections (non-permanent site), with basic safety and health concepts and professional ethics such as punctuality and honesty.
