Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the rotation plan of core departments such as investment, finance, legal compliance, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the whole process of private equity, venture capital and asset management business.

• Execute daily operations support for the fund, covering transaction processing, fund settlement, daily net asset value (NAV) calculation and investment portfolio report compilation, ensuring accurate and timely operations in compliance with regulations.

• Conduct industry-depth research and benchmarking of corporate financial analysis, establish financial forecasting models (such as DCF, LBO), conduct comparable company valuation analysis, and provide data support for project screening and post-investment monitoring.

• Regularly analyze and summarize the results, collaborate with the team to complete the investment portfolio performance report, market dynamics briefing and internal knowledge sharing materials, and strengthen the Analysis & Reporting functional output.

• 2026 Year of graduation, holding a bachelor's degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, finance, economics, accounting, finance or related professional qualifications are preferred.

• Applicants with internship experience in investment banking, asset management, consulting or accounting firms are preferred, but a full-time work experience is not required.

• Proficient in Excel advanced functions (including financial functions, data pivot tables, and macro basics), able to independently build financial models; with clear logic and visualization expression ability, familiar with PPT to make professional analysis presentations.

• Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English (including Mandarin), allowing you to efficiently read international financial statements, regulatory documents, and English investment documents.
