Job Description
- Responsible for customer reception and order service in the bar, recommending alcoholic beverages and snacks based on customer needs, and improving dining experience and satisfaction.
- Proficient in executing basic bar operations such as mixing drinks, pouring, ice preparation, glassware cleaning and placement, ensuring drink quality and serving efficiency.
- Instantly clean the desktop, replenish cutlery and consumables, maintain a clean and orderly business area, and comply with sanitation and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other service staff to provide peak-hour support, flexibly respond to changes in customer flow, and ensure service smoothness.
- Properly handle customer feedback and special needs (such as allergy alerts, drinking restrictions), and demonstrate professional etiquette and responsibility awareness.
- No need for relevant experience, welcome newcomers to apply; with basic communication skills, able to communicate with customers in Cantonese and simple Mandarin.
- Have good service awareness and team spirit, be friendly and proactive, and be able to adapt to evening and weekend shift arrangements.
- Healthy body, able to stand for long periods of time, with basic hand-eye coordination skills, and able to stabilize the operation of bar tools.
- Follow the liquor license laws and venue rules, do not sell alcohol to minors, and refuse excessive drinking customers' requests when necessary.
