Position requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, marketing, etc. is preferred.

2. Professional qualifications: Hold a fund management professional qualification, a securities professional qualification, and other financial industry-related professional qualifications.

3. Work experience: Have at least 3 years of financial asset management, fund or securities firm sales and service experience, familiar with the operation mode and market supervision and regulation of asset management products.

4. Age range: 30-45 years old, healthy, and able to adapt to high-intensity market development and customer maintenance work (exceptional individuals may be slightly relaxed)

5. Professional sales and presentation skills

• Able to independently design asset management product sales and promotion plans, clearly communicate the core value, risk and return characteristics and investment logic of the product to high net worth customers, corporate customers and other groups.

• Have strong on-site interaction and handling objections, you can complete the sales and promotion through offline salons, online live broadcasts and other multi-scene, effectively stimulating customer investment willingness.

• Proficiently use data and cases to support sales and marketing content, ensure professional and easy-to-understand expression, and comply with the financial industry's compliance requirements for statement.

6. Similar organization service experience

• In the past, we have deeply participated in the sales process of asset management products (such as fixed income products and equity products), including customer development, demand matching, contract signing and after-sales maintenance.

• Have the same type of organization customer resource migration and transformation ability, can quickly connect with existing customer groups, and promote the landing of new organization products.

7. High-quality human resources (priority condition)

• Have high net worth individual clients (investable assets of $1 million or more), private enterprises, listed companies or financial institutions (banks, securities firms, trusts) and other high-quality channel resources.
