<p>Interior Designer</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>-Handle daily operations</p><p>-Answering phone calls, online inquiries or customers at the store</p><p>-Draw floor plans, electrical and plumbing plans, 3D plans, and furniture construction plans</p><p>-Independent follow-up on each engineering project</p><p>-Communicate with various departments on construction status and progress</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>-Have relevant industry experience of 3 to 5 years</p><p>-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</p><p>-Have good communication and sales skills</p><p>-Familiar with computer software (autocab, sketchup, photoshop ,AI)</p><p></p><p>Benefits</p><p>-MPF</p><p>-Labor leave</p><p>-Base salary plus commission can reach 30,000-40,000</p><p>-Year-end bonuses</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for daily business operations, including handling phone inquiries, online consultations, and in-store customer reception</li><li>Draw floor plans, electrical and plumbing layouts, 3D renderings, and furniture construction details based on customer needs</li><li>Independently follow up on various interior design engineering projects to ensure accurate execution of design schemes</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, materials, construction, etc. departments to understand project progress and site conditions</li><li>Participate in customer requirement discussions, provide professional design advice and assistance in achieving sales targets</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of relevant interior design industry experience, those with complete project follow-up experience are preferred</li><li>Proficient in operating interior design-related software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator</li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel), able to handle basic word processing and reporting</li><li>Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to effectively handle customer needs and push sales</li><li>Active and proactive work, sense of responsibility, able to work independently and complete tasks on time</li></ul><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li>Provide compulsory provident fund (MPF) contributions</li><li>Enjoy statutory labor leave</li><li>Salary plus commission system, monthly salary can reach HKD30,000 to 40,000</li><li>Outstanding performers may receive year-end bonuses</li></ul>
