Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Salary and benefits

· Monthly salary: $28,000 – $35,000 (depending on experience)

· Trial period: 3 months

· Performance bonus / year-end bonuses (depending on company performance)

Job Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

· Ensure HKTVmall and other platform orders meet the target (8 hours / 3 hours delivery)

· Design and optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency and accuracy

· Manage warehouse team (about 20-40 people), including reorganization, training, and performance evaluation

· Monitor inventory accuracy, regularly schedule inventory counts

· Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to handle order abnormalities and emergencies

· Control warehouse operating costs, including labor, packaging materials and logistics expenses

· Ensure the warehouse meets safety and hygiene standards

Entry Requirements

· More than 5 years of warehouse management experience (with e-commerce or third-party logistics experience is better)

· Familiar with HKTVmall or other e-commerce platforms shipping process

· Have team management and leadership skills

· Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) operations

· Good Chinese and English communication skills

· Sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, and ability to cope with sudden situations

· Priority will be given to those with a license to operate an electric shovel

Working hours

· Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

· Saturday: Long or short week (or as per company policy)

· Need to work overtime from time to time to meet the peak season and urgent orders
