Job Description:

1. Customer service and operational support: Assist signed-up members with customer service and operational support, provide them with matchmaking and pairing services, and respond promptly to customer messages to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction;

2. Daily work is to follow up and reply to customer messages (response within 3 minutes during working hours), assist customers in matching, arranging restaurants, service arrangements, and subsequent dates and breakups;

4. Collaborate with other departments to exchange information, jointly process and arrange to solve customer problems;

5. Document processing: Responsible for handling customer documents and related files, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes.

6. Other affairs: Complete other affairs assigned by superiors to ensure work efficiency and executability.

Requirements:

1.E-people are preferred, with good understanding and communication skills, personable and generous;

2. It is better to have a legal background, requiring excellent skills in public and private document processing, excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and the ability to serve as a working language.

3. Excellent communication and empathy skills, able to take a soft and hard approach to communication depending on the client's situation.

4. Candidates with relevant work experience in the dating industry are preferred, as they are able to handle unique customer needs and issues within the industry.

5. Positive and proactive, with strong team spirit and execution ability, able to remain calm in high-pressure situations and quickly solve problems.
