Job Responsibilities:
1. Charging and reception
• Billing and expenses: Responsible for billing (including cost calculation and billing notice) and expenses, daily and monthly income and expenditure statements, procurement expense application and reimbursement of expenses.
Reception and maintenance: Responsible for daily reception, visit admission and reception, seating, hospital admission and discharge procedures.
• Answer the phone: answer incoming calls, phone consultations and transfer calls to each floor.
2. Human resources work:
Responsible for distributing recruitment notices to elderly care institutions, conducting interviews and screening, handling foreign labor procedures, and handling entry and exit procedures
3. General administrative
• File processing: Responsible for data input, copying, and archiving in institutions; Assist the supervisor in implementing the assignment and reporting of institution friends’ vouchers;
• Report Record: Assist with handling daily administrative reports, record the admission and discharge of the elderly and bed status.
Purchase Management: Purchase supplies according to the institution's needs and regulations, and manage incoming and outgoing goods effectively.
3. Other support work
• Repair follow-up: Assist in handling equipment maintenance and repair matters in institutions, liaise with technicians and follow up on progress.
Activity assistance: Sometimes you may need to assist social workers in preparing activity supplies, designing simple posters or display boards.
Check-in assistance: Inspector check-in writing desk file assistance work.
Qualifications:
1. Software skills: Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, Chinese typing.
2. Language ability: Fluent Cantonese. English understanding is preferred.
4. Have good learning abilities, be familiar with office software, and have a team spirit.
5. Hong Kong identity (talented individuals, high-caliber individuals, dependents, IANG, etc. are all eligible).
