We are seeking a motivated and proactive Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. WORKING HOURS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business and retail clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage regularly with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across vehicles, consumables, and accessories.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to adapt approaches based on market feedback.
Monitor individual sales performance and generate regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing trends, and industry developments.
Represent the company and conduct product demonstrations at the showroom, events, and trade shows.
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and support continuous service enhancement.
Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures, standards, and customer service expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or electric mobility industry.
Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Strong passion for motorcycles and sustainable transportation is highly valued.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales dynamics and customer relationship management, including the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Energetic, results-driven, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and embrace challenges.
Possession of a valid motorcycle license is preferred but not required.
Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and evolving client demands.

Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, consumables, and accessories.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to adjust sales methods based on market feedback.
Monitor individual sales performance, regularly produce reports and make proactive improvement suggestions.
Conduct market research to understand competitor product, price trends, and industry dynamics.
Represent the company and demonstrate products at display rooms, events and exhibitions.
Collect and reflect customer feedback to optimize product combinations and continuously improve service quality.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company procedures, standards, and customer service expectations.
Qualifications and skills requirements
At least one year of sales experience, those with automotive, electric bicycles or electric mobility industry experience are preferred.
Those with automotive industry background are strong and advantageous.
Those who are passionate about electric scooters and sustainable transportation are especially welcome.
Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, including writing and conversation.
Skilled in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with corporate, commercial and government clients.
Familiar with B2B sales process and customer relationship management, and able to cope with complex sales cycles.
Able to work independently, while also possessing a team spirit, and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
Full of energy and results-oriented, with a strong desire for success and a positive attitude towards challenges.
Preference will be given to those with a valid electric bicycle driving license, but it is not a necessary condition.
