Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for company daily expenses payment, various bill verification
Check the details of funds received and paid out, as well as the account balance, and manage the funds' ledger
Responsible for the company's various files, documents, and records
Handle files, express delivery, etc., receipt and registration and management work
Responsible for front desk reception, telephone answering, and daily office environment maintenance
Complete other administrative and financial assistance tasks assigned by the leader
Requirements:
