<p>We are seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the delivery, inventory, and coordination of medical instruments across hospitals. Frequent use of Excel and basic English communication are essential.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Arrange and track delivery of rolling sets, ensuring that all instruments match the provided list</li><li>Coordinate with local logistics partners and inform customers of delivery schedules</li><li>Maintain accurate implant records and report any shortages to the Sales Admin team</li><li>File and manage consignment kits and rolling kits</li><li>Record the in/out status of implants from both the principal and customers</li><li>File and trace allocations of rolling kits, including recalls and damaged items</li><li>Issue Delivery Notes (DN) to customers and manage stock delivery through the system</li><li>Coordinate with the Macau Dealer for packaging items and arranging deliveries</li><li>Assist Sales Admin with ad-hoc tasks when necessary</li></ul><p><br>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum education level F.5 or above</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in operations or logistics</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well within a team</li><li>Proficient in using PC applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing software</li><li>Good Cantonese and Basic English</li><li>Outdoor delivery occasionally when needed.</li></ul>
