<p>Responsibilities:<br><br>2. Responsible for operating data analysis (including costs, sales, satisfaction, etc.), formulating and following up performance improvement plans, leading the team to achieve the company's performance and profit targets;<br>3. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, promptly handle complaints and suggestions, and ensure dining satisfaction;<br>4. Coordinate employee recruitment, training and performance management, build a team talent pipeline, handle employee relations and shift scheduling;<br>5. Supervise inventory management, food procurement and kitchen hygiene, ensure that product quality, service standards and environmental cleanliness meet the company's and Hong Kong's Food and Environmental Hygiene Department's requirements;<br>6. Implement food safety and factory safety regulations to prevent safety accidents from occurring;<br>7. Implement company corporate culture, create a stable and efficient team work atmosphere.<br></p><p>Requirements:<br>1. More than 5 years of experience in catering/group dining management, familiar with canteen/group meal operation mode, those who are familiar with it are preferred;<br>2. Have strong data analysis skills, be able to independently complete cost accounting, profit control and performance optimization;<br>3. Have excellent customer relationship maintenance skills, be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, property management, etc.;<br>4. Result-oriented, with team management, talent development, and stress response abilities;<br>5. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English reading and writing ability is preferred;<br>6. Familiar with Hong Kong's Food and Environmental Hygiene Department's food safety regulations, those with food safety-related certificates are preferred;<br>7. Accept shift arrangements and be able to adapt to flexible working hours.</p>
