<p>A global investment management firm, driven by technology and data, is expanding its Procurement team in Hong Kong. The team supports high-performance procurement operations across multiple regions, ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery management.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics coordination for the APAC region and globally.</li><li>Request and review supplier quotes, place orders via the procurement system, and manage delivery logistics.</li><li>Ensure accurate receipting of goods and resolve invoice-related inquiries with the Accounts Payable team.</li><li>Collaborate with the procurement manager and global teams to execute tasks, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with procurement-related documentation and systems (e.g., Coupa, DocuSign).</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of procurement experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement processes, particularly in IT, professional services, and indirect categories.</li><li>Experience in APAC procurement, including regional complexities and supplier negotiations.</li><li>Fluent in English (very good level required) and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP) and eSignature tools (e.g., DocuSign).</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</li></ul>
