5. Participate in the training courses provided by the company, gradually growing into an independent real estate agent.

Requirements:
1. Interested in the real estate industry, willing to invest time and energy to learn related knowledge.
2. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to maintain good interaction with colleagues and customers.
3. Work attitude is positive and proactive, and perseverance is required.
4. Familiar with basic computer operations.
