Talent strategy implementation: Lead the group's end-to-end recruitment system construction, develop standardized position competency models, complete the core talent recruitment of each business line, and build a talent reserve for the group.</p><p></p><p></p><p>5. Compliance and resource management: Ensure that the group's human resources work fully complies with Hong Kong labor laws, coordinate visa processing, digitalize personnel files, and cross-departmental human resources collaboration.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years or more of group HR full-scale management experience, those who hold a Hong Kong HR-related professional qualification certificate (such as HKIPM) are preferred.</p><p>2. In-depth labor law, MPF and tax policies, with the ability to build and dataize HR systems. </p><p>3. Have strategic human resources thinking, good at salary system design, core talent recruitment, performance mechanism construction and complex employee relations handling.</p><p>4. Have excellent group coordination ability, data analysis ability and bilingual communication ability in Chinese and English, and strictly abide by professional confidentiality rules.</p><p>5. Accept long-term stay in Hong Kong, coordinate the human resources management of the group's 5 offices and 2 stores.</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>1.
