Job Description
Receptionist
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily reception work at the office building, including visitor registration, telephone transfer, mail delivery and basic consultation services
Assist the administrative department in handling administrative support affairs, such as monthly distribution of store stationery, file sorting, data input and photocopying scanning
Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area to ensure a professional and friendly company image
Coordinate internal departmental communication needs and follow up instructions to convey messages or requests
Provide basic recruitment support to the Human Resources Department, such as applicant contact, interview scheduling, and document archiving
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to speak fluent Mandarin and basic English for daily conversations
Applicants with fresh graduates or less than one year of relevant work experience are welcome
Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email system)
Outgoing and polite, proactive and positive, with excellent service awareness and team spirit
Hong Kong permanent residents
Working five days a week (Monday to Friday), with a daily working time from 9 am to 6 pm (including one hour of lunch break)
Monthly salary range is HKD$12,000–$15,000, depending on actual work experience
