<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for the daily operation of the hotel front desk</li><li>Answering the phone and handling customer inquiries, processing reservations</li><li>Greet guests and handle check-in or check-out registration work</li><li>Provide professional concierge services to maintain good customer relationships</li></ul><p>Position requirements</p><ul><li>A little bit of computer operations and customer service work experience is preferred</li><li>Active and proactive work, good at communication, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm.
