Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for collaborating with the product department, writing and optimizing various product technical materials, promotional handbooks and promotional copy, and participating in visual design and production processes to ensure that the content is both professional and effective.
• Support the market department in conducting offline and online market training activities, including planning training agendas, delivering product demonstrations, and answering customer and partner technical questions to enhance brand professional image and market awareness.
• Regularly provide systematized product knowledge training and hands-on guidance to internal sales, customer service and business teams, covering functional application, clinical scenarios, common problem solving, etc. , and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
• Based on the medical regulations and compliance requirements of various regions (especially Hong Kong, Macau, the mainland and Southeast Asia), localize the sorting and updating of training materials, promotional materials and standardized toolkits to ensure that the content is legal, accurate and geographically appropriate.
• Continuously monitor the medical health and rehabilitation medical equipment industry dynamics, systematically collect, compare and analyze competitive product product strategies, market positioning and user feedback, output a concise and feasible preliminary research report to support product and market decisions.
Requirements:
• Hold a full-time bachelor's degree or above, have fluent English oral expression ability, and be able to use Cantonese and Mandarin fluently for bidirectional communication.
• Medical devices, physical therapy, occupational therapy, biomedical engineering, pharmacy or related rehabilitation health field professional background is preferred; with 1 to 3 years of medical technology or health industry market, product, training-related work experience.
• Have outstanding public speaking and on-site teaching abilities, good at turning complex product technologies into easy-to-understand and persuasive content; have cross-departmental coordination experience and be able to effectively push training projects to implement.
• Strong sense of responsibility and high stress resistance, with the ability to plan and handle multiple tasks independently; able to travel to meet business needs and meet the requirements of Hong Kong permanent residency.
