Job Description
- Responsible for daily operations on the production line, including the start-up, operation monitoring and basic adjustment of mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) to perform various processes such as assembly, testing, packaging and material handling, and strictly abide by quality and safety standards.
- Cooperate with the production team to complete the daily production target on time and actively report abnormal situations (such as equipment failure, raw material shortage or quality deviation)
- Aged 18 or above, with basic reading and writing skills, able to understand Chinese instructions and simple technical documents (such as labels, flowcharts, warning signs)
- No specific academic qualifications or certificates are required; fresh graduates and job seekers who aspire to enter the manufacturing industry are welcome; those with relevant experience will be given priority.
- Good health and fitness, able to adapt to standing work, repetitive movements and factory environment (such as slight noise and temperature changes), and some positions may require a weight load of up to 15 kg.
- Responsibility and team spirit, obedience to reasonable work arrangements, and willingness to accept on-the-job training and skills improvement.
