Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- General security work
- Process daily security work
- Assist the supervisor in handling customer service and property management-related work, including: emergency response, processing resident inquiries and complaints
Working hours: 07:30-19:30 (12 hours) , 5 days work week
Base salary: 18K-19K
In addition, there is a $400 attendance bonus + $1,000 performance bonus
Newcomer Award: $6000 (paid in two installments, $3000 after the third month and $3000 after the sixth month)
