Job Description
Job Position: Store Sales Consultant (Multi-Store)
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for store customer reception, travel product inquiries and sales
• Introduce local tours, inbound groups, outbound travel groups, air tickets and hotels
• Process registration, payment, administrative and follow-up work
• Provide quality customer service, maintain customer relationships
Entry Requirements:
• Fluent in Cantonese, able to understand Mandarin, and knowledge of English is preferred
• Sales, retail, customer service or travel industry experience is preferred
• Proactive, responsible, and like to communicate with others
• Welcome experienced professionals / fresh graduates to apply
