<li>Job Responsibilities</li>

<li>Responsible for managing the store's image, including product display, flowers, hanging paintings, lighting and windows, etc. daily check and maintenance of the store's image to ensure that it meets the brand image standard.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the image of sales staff, including makeup, clothing, hairstyle, etc. Conducting etiquette and rules training and daily supervision. </li>
<li>Assist with daily customer reception and business sales at the store, improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.</li>
<li>Responsible or assist in handling important customer reception affairs, and establish good customer relations.</li>
<li>Handling customer complaints at the store, maintaining brand reputation and customer rights.</li>

<li>Work requirements</li>
<ol>
<li>Have a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card and meet the local employment qualifications.</li>

<li>Good affinity and communication skills, able to effectively handle customer needs and complaints.</li>
<li>Have team management and training skills, and be able to effectively promote the implementation of store customer service standards.</li>
<li>Familiar with the store operation process, and able to coordinate and support the overall store operation goals.</li>
