Job Duties

• Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting issue and all IT aspects including hardware, software and system network.

• Carry out daily administration and monitoring of server, firewalls, routers, switch, LAN, WAN and VPN.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment

• Manage and priorities incoming support requests to ensure critical issues are addressed promptly

• Manage user accounts, permissions and inventory records of IT assets

• Perform any IT-related ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Degree holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines; MCSE / CCNA would be an advantage

• Minimum 3-5 years experience of IT support with strong focus on end user service preferred.

• Familiarity in Hyper-V/ VMware/ Kaspersky/ Veeam/ CCTV system

• Hands on experience in MS Server, AD deployment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify, and resolve a wide range of technical problems

• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and task management skills.

• Detail-minded, committed and able to prioritize effectively

• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese, to effectively interact with users at all levels

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
