<p> Job Responsibilities </p><ul><li><p>According to the actual needs of the project, adjust the security personnel in real time to ensure that there are no absences or vacancies at various positions, and maintain site order and safety.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and implement a patrol plan, supervise the patrol route, time and attendance, and ensure that all areas within the jurisdiction are completed according to the standard.</p></li><li><p>Handle security personnel's leave, overtime application and related personnel affairs, and assist in maintaining team stability and high-efficiency operation.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements </p><ul><li><p>Must hold a valid 1st class vehicle driver's license, with at least two years of actual driving experience, and be able to safely drive a company vehicle between different project sites.</p></li><li><p>Must hold a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and Basic Security Training Certificate (QAS), meeting the statutory professional qualifications.</p></li><li><p>Must have a construction worker's certificate and valid safety card, and comply with the site entry and work safety regulations.</p></li><li><p>Able to communicate orally and in writing fluently in Cantonese, ensuring clear and smooth coordination of instructions.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong</p></li><li><p>Secondary School Diploma or above, no limit on work experience.</p></li><li><p>Able to adapt to shift work mode, working hours from 14:00 to 23:00 daily, working six days a week (Monday to Sunday), and the main working location is in the Hong Kong and Kowloon regions.</p></li></ul>
