Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for software testing of financial projects, covering system functional testing, regression testing, interface testing, and automated testing.

• Based on product or project requirements, develop a complete testing plan and testing solution, conduct testing requirement analysis, test case design and cross-team review, and execute full-stage testing activities;

• For bank and international payment institutions' settlement and exchange rate related business scenarios, perform in-depth business logic validation and end-to-end process testing;

• Assist the development team in reproducing the problem scenario, locating the root cause of the defect, and continuously tracking the Bug life cycle to ensure effective problem repair and verification closure;

• Participate in test progress monitoring and quality risk assessment, regularly output test reports, and provide objective and clear quality feedback and improvement suggestions.

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of software testing practical experience, those with financial information system testing background are preferred;

• Familiar with software testing theory, methods and standard processes, able to independently plan test strategies, design high coverage test cases and execute efficiently;

• In-depth understanding of bank core systems, cross-border payments, settlement and exchange, etc. financial business processes and compliance requirements;

• Familiar with common testing tools and technology frameworks, with practical application experience in OPF, XCT, VTK, etc., middlewares or testing support platforms;

• Have good English reading and writing skills, be able to read English requirement documents, technical documents and participate in cross-border collaboration;

• Work meticulously and patiently, and be able to handle repetitive but critical testing tasks; have excellent problem analysis skills and sense of responsibility;

• Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be proactive in working closely with product, development and business units to improve delivery quality.
