Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for receiving visiting guests and providing professional and friendly inquiry and guidance services</li><li>Handle massage guest registration (Check-in) and checkout (Check-out) procedures</li><li>Accurate input and update of appointment information to ensure real-time and error-free reservation system information</li><li>Assist in handling phone and communication software reservation requests, confirm reservation details and send relevant notifications</li><li></li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have basic Chinese and English communication skills to handle local and international guests</li><li>Familiar with computer operations, able to use Office software fluently</li><li>Those with service industry experience are preferred, those with no experience can be trained, and emphasis is placed on service attitude and sense of responsibility</li><li>Personalized and polite, flexible in response, and with good problem-solving and adaptation skills</li><li>Shift work is required, those who can work night shifts or holidays are preferred</li></ul>
