<b>About the Role:</b><br>zkMe is looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate adoption of our zero-knowledge proof identity solutions across the Web3 ecosystem. You will be responsible for forging key partnerships, driving enterprise adoption, and expanding zkMe's presence across global blockchain networks and protocols.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br><ul><li>Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchains, DeFi protocols, CEXs/DEXs, RWAs and Web3 applications requiring identity verification solutions</li><li>Lead business negotiations and structure partnership deals including integration agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models</li><li>Drive adoption among enterprise clients and institutional DeFi platforms seeking compliant identity solutions</li><li>Develop relationships with Web3 VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem funds for strategic collaboration and portfolio company integrations</li><li>Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth partner integrations of zkMe's SDKs and APIs</li><li>Create and present compelling business cases demonstrating ROI of zero-knowledge identity implementation</li><li>Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-integration support</li><li>Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions</li></ul><br><b>Requirements:</b><br><ul><li>4+ years of business development experience in Web3/blockchain industry, preferably in infrastructure or B2B solutions</li><li>Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships with major protocols, exchanges, or blockchain networks</li><li>Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystem, including lending protocols, DEXs, bridges, and governance frameworks</li><li>Experience with KYC/AML solutions, identity verification, or regulatory compliance products in crypto</li><li>Established network of decision-makers at top DeFi protocols, Web3 funds, and blockchain foundations</li><li>Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level executives and protocol founders</li><li>Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs, verifiable credentials, and privacy-preserving technologies</li><li>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree strongly preferred</li></ul><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><div><ul><li>Experience selling infrastructure solutions to developers and technical decision-makers</li><li>Knowledge of global crypto regulations (MiCA, MAS, FATF guidelines) and compliance requirements</li><li>Previous success at ZK-focused companies or privacy/identity projects</li><li>Relationships with Asian markets, particularly Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea</li><li>Experience with token economics and protocol governance proposals</li><li>Technical background with ability to discuss API integrations and smart contract implementations</li></ul><br><b>What We Offer:</b></div><div><ul><li>Opportunity to shape the future of decentralized identity and Web3 privacy</li><li>Work with cutting-edge zero-knowledge proof technology</li><li>Competitive compensation package with token incentives</li><li>Remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements</li><li>Travel opportunities to major Web3 conferences and events globally</li></ul></div>
