<p>Work highlights</p><p>Support Sales team with administrative tasks</p><p>Higher Diploma or above required</p><p>Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin) </p><p>Job Description</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>Provide administrative support to the team, including process sales orders and handle daily documents.</p><p>Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery arrangements, including monitor delivery schedule and stock balance.</p><p>Follow up sales orders and handle ad-hoc tasks.</p><p>Support Sales team and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to the team.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p> </p><p>Higher Diploma or above</p><p>Good team player, customer-oriented and willing to learn</p><p>Knowledge of sales</p><p>Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin) is required</p><p>Knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing</p><p>Less experience will be considered as Sales Administration Clerk</p>
