Job Responsibilities<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for supervising and managing front-line cleaning employees’ daily operations to ensure work quality meets the standard</li> <li>Design a cleaning schedule and staff allocation, and improve work efficiency and service level</li> <li>Inspect each cleaning area, check the cleaning progress and compliance, and provide on-the-spot guidance and correction</li> <li>Assist in handling sudden cleaning accidents or special environmental sanitation needs, ensure rapid response</li> <li>Regularly report to your supervisor on your team's performance and operations, and suggest improvements</li> </ul> Work requirements<br> <ul> <li>Have at least 3 years of cleaning-related work experience, including at least 1 year of team management experience</li> <li>Must hold valid 1st and 2nd license plates, and have a good driving record</li> <li>Have basic Chinese writing skills, able to fill out work reports and communication documents</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to handle site management affairs independently</li> <li>Understand basic personnel management and communication skills, and be able to effectively coordinate employee relations</li> </ul>
