XH Supply Chain Management (Hong Kong) Limited

You will:

• Schedule and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Prepare all necessary documents, reports and clerical supports for DC operation
• Handle daily warehouse tasks such as data entry and filing, as well as order processing
• Collaborate with the operations team/ relevant departments to resolve any transportation-related issues or delays
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
• Preferably with experience in transportation coordination or logistics operations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
• Initiative, positive and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working schedule on shift
