Position Name: Fitness Membership Sales Manager Membership Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective membership sales strategies and plans to ensure that monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.

• Lead, manage and train sales teams, enhance overall professional quality and sales performance, and build a high-performance team culture.

• Proactively develop potential customers, understand customer needs through professional consultation, and provide personalized membership solutions to facilitate transactions.

• Regularly analyze sales data and market feedback, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, propose specific improvement suggestions and adjust action plans in real time.

• Closely monitor the local fitness market dynamics and competitor information, flexibly adjust promotion methods and sales rhetoric to maintain competitive advantage.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in chain fitness center membership sales, and at least 2 years of successful experience in leading sales teams.

• Excellent interpersonal interaction and communication skills can effectively motivate team members and build stable customer relationships.

• Have basic data analysis skills, be able to use sales reports to make strategy decisions, and improve conversion rates and customer retention rates.

• Passionate about the fitness industry, familiar with market trends and consumer behavior, and able to design suitable sales methods for different customer groups.

• Positive and proactive, strong stress resistance, able to sustain high performance in a fast-paced environment, and eager to accept challenges and grow.
