<p>Job Responsibilities</p><p>• Responsible for online and offline sales and promotion of new energy products, responding to customer inquiries, answering customer questions,</p><p>- Follow up on the full sales contract process to ensure accurate and error-free documents at each stage</p><p>• Organize and archive contracts and related business documents, establish a clear electronic and paper-based archiving system</p><p>• Coordinate with the financial department to confirm receipt, track accounts receivable status, and ensure timely entry of funds</p><p>• Handover project information to the internal delivery team to ensure complete and timely information transfer</p><p>• Assist in handling customer and cooperative unit file requirements, improve external communication efficiency</p><p>Work requirements</p><p>• Secondary school graduation or possession of an associate's degree, those with basic business knowledge are preferred</p><p>• Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to write and understand bilingual business documents</p><p>• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good oral communication skills to handle internal and external contacts</p><p>• Proficient in computer office software (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with skills in document processing and data sorting</p><p></p>
