Job Responsibilities:<br>Full responsibility for daily operations and management of the store, leading the team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. <br>Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team, arrange daily fresh goods delivery, replenishment and quality control work. <br>Reasonably schedule employee shifts and daily work, supervise store cleaning, product display, preservation measures and safety regulations.<br>Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and emergencies, continuously optimizing the customer service experience.<br>Regularly conduct inventory counts, assist in the development of promotional plans, and improve store operating efficiency and sales performance.<br><br>Requirements:<br>Applicants with retail, chain supermarkets or fresh food industry management experience will be given priority. <br>Good Cantonese communication skills, with excellent customer service awareness and team spirit. <br>Active and proactive, strong sense of responsibility, and able to handle various affairs of the store independently.<br>Have basic computer skills, familiar with Excel and POS system operations.<br>Able to adapt to shift work and holiday schedules, with strong stress and resilience abilities.<br><br>Chain store expansion, currently two stores in Siu Sai Bay and Siu Sai Bay, if you are interested in other areas, you can also contact us first, and we will soon expand our new store.<br>
