Job Description
- Plan and execute local and regional market promotion activities, including exhibitions, roadshows, community promotion and online publicity, etc., to enhance brand awareness and user participation.
- Collaborate with design, public relations and sales teams to coordinate the production and release schedule of promotional materials (such as posters, short films, social media platform posts, email newsletters, etc.).
- Analyze target audience characteristics and consumption behavior, use data tools to monitor activity effectiveness (such as exposure rate, conversion rate, interaction rate), and regularly submit optimization recommendation reports.
- Maintain and expand media, KOL, social groups and partner relationships, coordinate resources to support the smooth implementation of joint promotion plans.
- Support the launch and promotion of new products or services, participate in market positioning research, competitive product analysis, and promotion strategy formulation.
- Have a college degree or above, majoring in marketing, communication, business management or related fields is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but they must demonstrate proactive and creative thinking.
- Having 1 to 3 years of marketing promotion, brand communication or event execution related work experience; familiar with the Hong Kong local market environment and consumer habits, those who are familiar with it are better.
- Have basic digital marketing knowledge, be able to operate mainstream platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WeChat, understand the basic concepts of SEO/SEM, email marketing and content operation.
- Have good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, be able to write promotional copy, presentation files and external communication materials independently; Cantonese is the daily working language, Mandarin and English have basic communication skills.
- Have cross-department collaboration awareness, time management skills and multi-task processing experience, and be able to ensure project quality and progress under tight deadlines.
