<p>Position: Private Equity Associate<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>The role of a Private Equity Associate involves multiple key responsibilities. The primary duties include screening and evaluating private equity investment opportunities, as well as co-investment prospects. This encompasses conducting thorough industry and company research, developing financial models, and preparing comprehensive investment proposals for the Investment Management Committee. You will also coordinate due diligence activities, manage documentation processes, and oversee deal closings. Over time, you are expected to take on a leadership role in negotiating deal terms. Post-investment management is another critical area where you will support communication with General Partners (GPs) and prepare quarterly and ad hoc reports. Additionally, you will assist in creating meeting materials in both Chinese and English while handling various administrative tasks within the department.<br><br>Job Requirements:<br>To excel in this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university in a relevant field. A solid understanding of private equity investments is essential, along with strong investment analysis capabilities and practical experience in data analysis. Familiarity with commonly used office software and specialized data analysis tools such as Bloomberg and CapIQ is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, alongside strong presentation skills and expertise in valuation modeling.<br><br><br></p>
