<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for the overall operation and strategic planning of the association, formulating annual work plans and promoting their implementation.</li><li></li><li>Represent the association in communicating and collaborating with government departments, enterprises and other social groups, and expand the resource network.</li><li>Lead the secretariat team, supervise daily affairs operations, and enhance association service quality and member satisfaction.</li><li>Promote member-to-member connections and collaboration, assist members in expanding business opportunities and solving operating problems.</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have excellent organizational and planning skills, and be able to independently lead the preparation and execution of large-scale activities. </li><li>Applicants with a background in chambers or industry associations, familiar with the mode of operation of social groups, are preferred.</li><li>Have good interpersonal communication and public relations skills, good at building and maintaining multiple relationships.</li><li>Have leadership experience, able to effectively lead the team to achieve goals, sense of responsibility and service enthusiasm. </li><li></li></ul></div>
